The aim of this competition was to make scientific concepts clear to the students by performing various activities.
Speaking on the occasion, Principal of the College, Professor (Dr.)Kulvinder Kaur stressed upon the concept of learning by doing for better understanding of the concepts and making Science subject more interesting to the students. By organising such activities students can develop scientific hobbies and become more creative.
Dr Jyoti Parihar, Convenor of the Bio-Science Club highlighted that the need of the hour is construction of knowledge rather than only communication thereof.
Students of B.Ed. semester first and fourth participated enthusiastically in the event making it a huge success.
The competition was adjudged by Prof. (Dr.) Neelam Dhar, Prof. (Dr.) Rajinder Kaur and Prof. Shalini Rana.
The first position was bagged by Aditi Kalhuria of B.Ed. semester 4th. Second position was shared by Bidushi Sharma and Jyoti Katoch from semester 4th and Neha Sharma from semester 4th bagged the third spot. Consolation prize was awarded to Saboora Mushtaq from semester Ist.
