RAMBAN, JULY 29: Deputy Commissioner, Ramban Mussarat Islam today inaugurated the Ardh Sainik Canteen, here at Bowli Bazar.
President, Municipal Council, Sunita Kumari, DDC Councillor, Renuka Katoch, GM DIC Vishwjeet, ARTO Shafqat Majeed and many others were present on the occasion.
After inaugurating the Canteen, the DC congratulated Jaspal Singh, Ex serviceman for opening the first Ardh Sanik Canteen in Ramban town and wished him best of luck and success in his business.
Jaspal Singh informed that in the canteen almost every item pertaining to day to day use will be available at concessional price.
The invitees present on the occasion lauded the business venture started by Jaspal as it will serve the general public especially the poor section of the society by providing them various good quality commodities available at cheaper rates.
They also assured Jaspal of their cooperation.
