Health card based monthly RTPCR testing for high risk groups started in Udhampur

UDHAMPUR, JULY 08: In a unique initiative, District Administration Udhampur, under the supervision of Deputy Commissioner, Indu Kanwal Chib, has started periodical(monthly) RTPCR testing of high risk persons by issuing them Health cards to maintain the record.

In this connection, the DC issued directions for conducting of RTPCR tests of shopkeepers/Drivers/Rehaddi walas and their employees on monthly basis and the same will be updated on the health card which shall be provided by the Health Department.

As per an order, Medical Superintendent DH and BMOs were directed to strictly adhere to the directions in letter and spirit and to make available the health card to the shopkeepers/Drivers/Rehaddi Walas. The DC asked the concerned to coordinate with the Medical Superintendent DH and Block Medical Officers, Ramnagar and Chenani.  Necessary instructions were issued to the shopkeepers/Drivers/Rehaddi walas and their employees to get this health card for testing on a monthly basis.
