During the inspection, the DC reviewed the minute to minute program, decoration of the venue, seating arrangement for guests as well as invitees, security arrangements, installation of public address system, illumination of the venue, display of tableaus, besides other important things which are required for the conduct of the successful event.
The DC directed the concerned to ensure that all the activities which are scheduled for tomorrow were organised as per the set protocol.
The DC asked all the officers of the civil and police department to work in coordination for smooth conduct of the national event.
Among others present during the inspection were SP Bhaderwah, ADC Doda, SP Doda, ACR Doda, Tehsildar Doda, CEO Doda,CMO Doda,DIO Doda, Ex En PWD, PDD, PHE, DYSSO Doda, Dy SP DAR, Dy SP Headquarters, EO MC Doda, besides other officers/Officials of civil and police department.
Earlier, the DC chaired the meeting of key officers of various line departments to review the compliance of the directions for the utilization of the vacant school buildings.
The DC directed the departments provided with the buildings to make them operational by or before today evening. The District Youth Services and Sports Officer was asked to ensure hoisting of the National Flag at the 05 locations by the members of the Youth Clubs.
