Pradesh Vishwakarma Sabha takes out Chetna Yatra of Lord Vishwakarma

Jammu: On the eve of Vishwakarma Day, a huge Chetna Yatra of Lord
Vishwakarma was taken out by Pradesh Vishwakarma Sabha in Jammu under
the chairmanship of President Shashi Verma on Sunday. The Shobha Yatra
was flagged off by District and Session Judge Yashpal Bourny from
Shakti Nagar Head Office. Yatra passed through Bhagwati Nagar to
Gandhi Nagar, Satwari before culminating at the oldest and historical
Vishwakarma Temple   at Digiana. A number of people from different
parts of Jammu including children and women, participated in the
Chetna Yatra. A community Langer was also held after the Yatra by
President Gurumukh Singh.
 The organizing team included Vijay Kumar
General Secretary, Jagdish Verma Joint Secretary, Rakesh Kumar Vice
President, Sham Chargotra, besides the cooperation of other members of
Sabha. Throughout the way, the environment was fully religious as
devotees were chanting Bhajans which continued at Vishwakarma Temple
at Digiana followed by Satsung by Vishwakarma Prachar Committee of
Digiana Temple which mesmerized devotees. Prominent among others who
walked along the Yatra include Kuldeep Verma -Ex-Vice Chairman,
Rashpal Vemra-Ex-Vice Chairman, Rattan Lal Chargotra-Ex-President,
Madan Lal Chalotra, Raj Kumar Tarkhan-Corporator, Charanjeet Singh
(Bitta), Vinod Jaral Chief  Organizer, Raj Kumar Vice President,
Joginder Pal, Adv. Amarjeet Chargotra, Ashwani Angotra, Parshotam
Kumar-Vice President and Shakti Nagar Sabha members.
