The meeting was attended by Tehsildar Bhadarwah and Bhalla SDPO Bhadarwah, SHO Bhaderwah, AEE PDD, TSO Bhalla, Naib Tehsildar, Station Officer JKF&ES, representatives from other departments attended the meeting.
Arrangements related to Security, uninterrupted power supply, water supply, available of essential commodities viz. Vegetables/fruits / milk items on approved rates/sanitation of Bhaderwah town were discussed in the meeting.
Tehsildar/executive officer MC/TSO were asked to conduct the market inspections to keep check on quality of food stuff and ensure availability of good quality material on approved rates in the market.
The PDD was asked to ensure uninterrupted electricity during the ongoing festival of Diwali. Police department was directed to ensure proper security arrangements and Traffic management in the area.
Enforcement of Covid-19 appropriate behaviour during the festival was also stressed upon. The officers were also directed to implement the Supreme Courts Directions regarding manufacturing, sale and use of banned fire crackers and adherence to timing of bursting of permitted/ improved green crackers.
