The Lok Adalat was organised under the supervision of Chairman TLSC Doda, Prem Sagar (CJM) and was presided over by Mahmood Ahmed Choudhary, Addl. District & Session Judge and assisted by Neena Thakur, Addl. Spl. Mobile Magistrate.
Two Lok Adalat Benches were constituted at Court Complex Doda for speedy disposal of cases.
One bench consisted of Addl. District & Session Judge Doda and it took up 33 post litigation cases of which 18 cases were settled and an award of Rs. 90,52,850 was awarded.
The other Bench which was headed by Prem Sagar CJM (Chairman TLSC Doda), took up 144 post litigation cases and settled 140 cases and awarded an amount of Rs. 38,200.
