She took a detailed Block wise review of the progress of works taken up under the District Capex budget, Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY), Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act (MGNREGA), 14th FC and RGSA etc. She also assessed the status of the convergence plan to be taken up with various line departments.
During the meeting, modalities for framing of ADP for the financial year 2022-23 was also discussed and directions were issued to concerned officers to start the process in this regard.
The BDOs were asked to ensure the completion of the allotted works by March ending. She exhorted upon the officers and field functionaries to work with dedication and in a transparent manner to complete the works within the fixed time frame. She stressed upon the officers to maintain transparency and accountability in the execution of works.
The meeting was attended by Chief Planning Officer, Mudassir Yaqoob Zargar; DPO, Sapna Kotwal; Assistant Commissioner Development, Mushtaq Chowdhary, all BDOs, Executive Engineer, AEEs and Technical staff.
