JAMMU, JANUARY 14: The NSS unit of Government Degree College (GDC) Jindrah participated in the mass Surya Namskar demonstration programme on the eve of Makar Sankranti.

Prof. Raj Shree Dhar, College Principal applauded the efforts of the NSS team and congratulated the students and staff for their active participation.

Dr. Sunil Sharma, Program officer, NSS Unit of GDC Jindrah supervised  the whole programme and Dr. Seema, Librarian and member of NSS team compiled and reported  the whole event.

The whole activity was conducted through online mode. The students used what's app platform to send their videos performing Surya Namskar.  The participants were presented certificates of participation from the Ministry of AYUSH, Govt of India.
