Hashmat accorded warm adieu by Hospitality & Protocol Department Jammu

JAMMU, JANUARY 01: Hashmat Ali Khan, Director General Hospitality and Protocol J&K, who retired from Government service on attaining superannuation on 31-12-2021 after a glorious career spanning over four decades was accorded warm farewell by the Department of Hospitality and Protocol Jammu.

An impressive function was organized by the department at Convention centre Jammu, wherein all the employees of the Department participated with great fervour.

The officers present threw light on the contribution rendered by the retiring officer to the Hospitality and Protocol Department as he played a pivotal role in the conceptualization and execution of various infrastructure development projects including the construction of Convention Centre Jammu, Guest House Jammu, additional block of Circuit House Jammu and Srinagar.

During his illustrious career, Hashmat Ali khan worked on many important positions in the Government including in the office of the Governor, Chief Minister, Chief Secretary and as Deputy Commissioner ect.

Hashmat Ali Khan while speaking on the occasion expressed heartfelt gratitude to the department of H&P for organizing the farewell party in his honor. He also imparted some words of wisdom to the young officers and exhorted them to continue working with the same zeal and spirit.

The officers present on the occasion included  Pawan Singh Rathore; Special Secretary to the Govt. Hospitality and Protocol Department J&K, Ansuya Jamwal; Joint Director H&P Jammu, Riyaz Ahmed Malik; Joint Director H&P Kashmir, Under Secretary H&P, Accounts Officer, Assistant Directors of H&P Deptt etc.
