JKAACL Rajouri hosts online folk music Program

RAJOURI, JANUARY 20: Jammu and Kashmir Academy of Art culture and Languages Rajouri today organised an online Folk and Patriotic Music Program in connection with the Celebration of ICONIC WEEK and as a part of Azadi ka Amrut Mahotsav, here at Sunderbani.

The event was conducted under the overall supervision of Secretary JKAACL, Rahul Panday, while Additional Secretary Sanjeev Rana monitored the activity.

The Folk music troupes Neeru Kanta and Party and Vinod Kumar and party performed on the occasion.

Dr Alamdar Adam, Special officer for cultural Activities (SOCA) Rajouri-Poonch, presented the vote of thanks.

He also said that due to COVID restrictions the event was conducted online. He also appealed to the general public to follow Covid-19 guidelines and adopt Covid appropriate behaviour to avoid the risk of coronavirus infection.
