Threadbare discussions were held on various arrangements related to Seating, Barricading, Drinking water and Power supply, Sanitation, First- aid, Security, Transport and traffic regulations
It was decided in the meeting that the Republic Day function would be held at Government Model Higher Secondary School, Ramnagar where the chief guest would hoist the National flag at 9.55 Am.
The SDM urged upon the concerned officers concerned for ensuring better coordination and making effective arrangements pertaining to their departments. It was divulged in the meeting that the day would start with playing of Shehnai Vadan from 6.30 a.m. at stipulated places by the Tehsil Information Centre Ramnagar. In view of COVID-19 pandemic,the SDM added that the whole programmes will be conducted by following COVID 19 SOPs issued by the GOI from time to time.
Among others, Tehsildar Ramnagar, Sri Nath Suman, Principal Higher Secondary School besides Tehsil heads of various departments were present in the meeting.
