During the day-long tour, he inspected Fodder Development Farm at Lam and Kalsian and directed the concerned to keep check on encroachment of the farm land and also ensure no stray/private animals enter the farm.
The Director also inspected Sheep Extension Center Kalsian and Sheep Extension Centre Nowshera and took stock of the working of the twin centres. He instructed the officers/officials to put in extra efforts to meet the targets of establishment of Sheep/Goat Units under Integrated Sheep Development Scheme, Tribal Sub Plan and RKVY within the time frame.
He was accompanied by Deputy Director (Feed & Fodder) SHD Jammu, Satish Sharma.
