District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission takes oath of office at Kathua

KATHUA, APRIL 04: The oath taking ceremony for newly appointed president and members of District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission was held at Deputy Commissioner Office, Kathua today.

The oath of office and secrecy was administered by Deputy Commissioner Rahul Yadav.   Mohan Singh Parihar (Rtd. District & Session Judge) took oath as President, District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission Kathua and   Durga Dass Sharma and   Neelam Bala Bhardwaj took oath as members of the DCDRC Kathua.

Pertinently, the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission Kathua was constituted vide S.O. 72 of 2022 Dated 22.02.2022 and thereafter the appointment of President and members of District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission Kathua was made vide S.O. – 101 Dated:- 17-03-2022.
