The Deputy Commissioner, Ramban, Mussarat Islam also interacted with the Haj pilgrims after their 3 vaccinations at Ramban and advised them to follow all guidelines and suggestions given by the Health and concerned departments to ensure their smooth holy journey.
Meanwhile, the Ramban district administration has made elaborate arrangements for the safe transportation of these pilgrims to Srinagar on June 10 from where they will board the International Flight on June 13.
It was informed that 89 pilgrims of Ramban District have been registered to embark on Haj pilgrimage this year including 40 pilgrims from Banihal, 30 from Ramban, and 19 from Gool area.
They were given Health Cards also wherein all their health related details were recorded. Vaccination programme was conducted by the staff of District Hospital, Ramban under the supervision of Dy. CMO Dr Iqbal Bhat, DIO, Dr. Suresh and Dr. Rajinder.
