Coordination meeting held at District Court Complex Ganderbal

GANDERBAL, JUNE 07: In pursuance to the directions passed by Chief Justice, High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh, a Coordination meeting of all stakeholders of District Ganderbal was today held under the chairmanship of Shazia Tabasum (Principal District & Sessions Judge, Ganderbal) at District Court Complex, here. 

The meeting was attended by Umi Kulsoom, Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ganderbal; Tabasaum, Secretary DLSA, Ganderbal; Additional Deputy Commissioner  Ganderbal, Farooq Ahmad Baba; Superintendent Central Jail  Srinagar, DySp Headquarter Ghulam Hassan; Public Prosecutor and district heads of departments like R&B, PDD, MC Ganderbal etc.

 Secretary Coordination Committee (Chief Judicial Magistrate Ganderbal) Umi Kulsoom put the agenda of the meeting into discussion.

Threadbare discussions were held on improvement of judicial dispensation. 

The Chairperson of the meeting impressed upon all the participating District Officers to address all the issues which were raised in the discussion.

The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the ways and means for rendering timely justice to the litigants, the infrastructure and other difficulties faced by the judicial institution in District Ganderbal was also discussed in the said meeting. 

Some issues relating to smooth functioning of the criminal justice system were also discussed. All the issues were discussed at length and very well addressed.

The officials from the District Administration ensured prompt and positive response to all the issues which got deliberated upon in the meeting for ensuring smooth functioning of the process of dispensation of justice in District Ganderbal.
