During their visit, an interactive session was organized at Forest complex Ramban where the Divisional Forest Officer, Dr. Rajan Singh apprised the FRO trainees regarding the working of the forest department and challenges being faced in the hilly district like Ramban.
The DFO highlighted the achievements made by the Ramban Forest Division in plantation, forest protection, NH-44 stabilization and other allied works.
Many queries were also raised by the trainees regarding working of the Forest Department which were clarified by the DFO on the spot.
Range Officer Ramban Altaf Hussain, Block Officer Ramban and other forest officials were also present during the session.
