Iconic Yoga sessions held at Maitra

RAMBAN, JUNE 08: An Iconic Yoga session was   today organized by the AYUSH department in collaboration with the School Education Department and District administration Ramban here  in Maitra Park under the ‘Fit India’ campaign.

 The students of Government Girls Middle School,   and Government Boys Middle School, Maitra practiced different postures of Yoga.  

The Head of Institution Mumtaz and teachers of Both schools, District Yoga Nodal Officer, Dr. Masood Iqbal Zargar, and District Coordinator 'Fit India' campaign in the Education Department, Pawan Kumar and other senior officers also attended the session.  

 Dr. Masood advised the students to focus on their study besides taking part in extracurricular activities for their overall personality development.
