SRINAGAR, AUGUST 15: Deputy Chief Electoral Officer Kashmir, Mohammad Altaf Zulla today hoisted National Flag at Darul Intikhab here.

Senior Law Officer, Assistant Chief Electoral Officer Kashmir, senior officers and other staff members of the office also participant in the flag hoisting ceremony to celebrate country’s Independence Day.
