BHADARWAH, JANUARY 23: Additional Deputy Commissioner Bhadarwah, Choudhary Dil Mir today convened a meeting to finalize the arrangements for the celebration of upcoming Republic Day-2023.
The arrangements regarding security, first aid, sanitation, Fire and Emergency Services, seating arrangements, Power & Water Supply, and issuance of invitation cards were finalised in the meeting.
All the concerned departments were directed to finalize the required arrangements before 24th January-the day of full dress rehearsal.
The meeting decided that the function would be held in the New Bus Stand Kotli, where the National Flag would be unfurled at 9:55 AM and the contingents of JKAP, NCC senior wing of girls and boys from Degree College Bhadarwah, Tinny platoons from Government/Private Schools will perform March past parade. Besides, cultural programmes would be performed by the students of various schools.
It was also decided that the day shall start with playing of Shenai Vadan by the Information Department Bhaderwah.
The Full Dress Rehearsal of the programme will be held on 24th January 2023.
The meeting was attended by SDPO Bhadarwah, CO 33 CRPF, Executive Engineer PWD, BMO Bhadarwah,TSWO Bhadarwah,TSO Bhadarwah, ZEPO Bhadarwah, AEE PMGSY, beside other officers/officials also attended the meeting.
Various committees were formed for proper management and were directed to perform their responsibilities assigned to them for successful conduct of the event.
