SRINAGAR, AUGUST 22: Mr. Graham Mayer, Minister-Counselor for Political Affairs, Embassy of United States of America in New Delhi, called on Lieutenant Governor Shri Manoj Sinha at Raj Bhawan, today.

Mr. Gary Applegarth, First Secretary and Mr. Abhiram Ghadyalpatil, Political Specialist, US Embassy in New Delhi were also present.
