New Delhi/UAE: Prime Minister Narendra Modi is currently on a two-day visit to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) with the inauguration of a Hindu temple on February 14th as a key part of his itinerary. Upon his arrival in Abu Dhabi on Tuesday afternoon, the Prime Minister received a warm welcome.

Expressing his gratitude, PM Modi emphasized the close ties between India and the UAE, stating, “I am grateful for this warm welcome. Whenever I come here to meet you, I always feel that I have come to meet my family.” He highlighted the frequency of their meetings, noting, “We’ve met five times in the last seven months. This shows our close relationship.”
During the visit, the Prime Minister engaged in bilateral discussions with UAE leadership, covering a range of strategic issues. The two leaders held extensive consultations on these matters, further strengthening the partnership between the two nations.
Prior to his departure, Prime Minister Modi expressed his anticipation on social media to meet with UAE President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, highlighting their positive relationship. Following his UAE visit, the Prime Minister will also travel to Qatar.
