Celebrating Shivratri with Greenery: Rudraksh Plantation Drive in Nowshera

NOWSHERA: Nowshera Forest Division proudly announces the successful execution of a Rudraksh plantation drive in celebration of Shivratri. Under the esteemed supervision of Sandeep Kumar, Conservator of Forests, West Circle Rajouri, Shweta Deonia, Divisional Forest Officer, Nowshera, and the dedicated efforts of  Dr. Rakesh Verma, Range Officer, Sunderbani, this initiative marked a significant step towards environmental conservation.

The dedicated efforts of the staff from Kangri Forest Block were instrumental in the smooth conduct of the Rudraksh Plantation Drive. Their commitment and hard work ensured the successful planting of Rudraksh trees, contributing to the preservation of our natural heritage.

This initiative not only pays homage to the cultural significance of Shivratri but also emphasizes our collective responsibility to protect and nurture our forests for future generations.
