He has prepared a detailed chart which gives necessary information for all political parties and counting agents. The first mention in this chart is Control Unit (CU) number, Ballot Unit (BU) number and VVPAT (Voter-Verified Paper Audit Trail) ID. These units are the various components of the Electronic Voting Machine (EVM), through which the voting process is carried out. In the third column, the date of June 4, 2024 and the time of opening of the machine is recorded. This time is determined by the Election Commission and it is mandatory to follow it.
