Jammu, 16 August 2024: The Rajinder Bazar Residents’ Welfare Society, Jammu, celebrated Independence Day with great enthusiasm and fervor within the bustling bazaar premises. The event was marked by the unfurling of the national flag by the children of the locality, symbolizing the spirit of young India.
The day was filled with patriotic fervor as children presented a captivating array of patriotic songs, dances, and performances that left the audience spellbound. The vibrant display of talent showcased the love and respect for the nation among the young residents of the area.
President Deepak Sharma, Vice-President Sameer Bhasin, General Secretary Sanjeev Kumar, Spokesperson Raj Kumar, and Advisory Members Sanjeev Grover, Ashwani Rohmetra and Madan Gopal ‘Tony’ besides prominent residents Dilip Vaid, Arshad Shib and Sajjad graced the occasion with their presence, adding to the celebratory atmosphere.
Speaking on the occasion, President Deepak Sharma emphasized the importance of commemorating Independence Day and instilling patriotic values in the younger generation. “It is essential to remember the sacrifices made by our freedom fighters.
